Our spirits are crafted entirely by us, using the finest organic ingredients, free from synthetic pesticides and herbicides. We are committed to being organic because we believe in the importance of sustainability and purity, whilst also creating products with exceptional taste and quality. 

We are proudly Certified Organic to the ACOS, USDA NOP and EU standards.

As our certification is brand new, certified products are not currently
available in all jurisdictions. Rest assured that our products are and always
have been organic.

Yes, here at Pluto, we take great pride in crafting our own base spirit.

We have a dedicated team, including a highly skilled Head Distiller, who oversees the entire production process, from sourcing our raw materials, all the way through to bottling. We take no short cuts. This allows us to have full control over the quality and character of our spirits from start to finish. By meticulously creating our own base spirit, we ensure that every bottle that leaves our distillery reflects the expertise and passion of our team.

Under the Customs Act of 1901, for products to be named Brandy, Whiskey or Rum, they have to be matured in wood for at least 2 years. However, this is from an age that pre-dates stainless steel vessels. Who’s to say our predecessors wouldn’t have used the same materials and rapid aging techniques as us if they had been available at the time?
